• Right or flexible-amendment difficult with the special majority or flexible because of amendment easily.
• Written or unwritten- that law codified and compiled in the form of a book. 
• Federal- a division of power between the center and state.
• Unitary- Division of power is absent.  
• Enacted and Evolved- when a particular body has made the constitution.
